- Weights mentioned are ‘clean’ weights. So if a recipe mentions 100 gram of celeriac, this means that this is after you have cleaned, peeled, de-seeded etc. the veggie. It is the actual weight you cook with. If not, this is mentioned specifically in the recipe
- Weights mentioned are uncooked weights, so 75 grams of pasta, means 75 grams of uncooked pasta
- Eggs are always organic and size L
- Print recipe: clicking this button allows you to print the recipe of save it as pdf
- Jump to recipe: you can click this is you want to skip the image and text and jump directly to the recipe
- Servings: you can adjust the amount of servings, all ingredients are recalculated
- Metric – US customary: you can switch between metric and US customary weights/ volumes. Metric is the standard used for the recipe creation
- Tickboxes: all ingredients and instructions have tickboxes in from of them. If you tick one, the line will be ‘striked through’. Easy to keep track of what you have already done
- Bold ingredients contain a link to either one of our other recipes or to the product we used in the recipe
- Kitchen timer: the instruction can contain durations in bold, eg 10 minutes. If you click such a time indication, a kitchen timer will start at the bottom of your screen. Handy 🙂
- Nutrition facts: most of the recipes will include nutrition facts per serving. These are best effort and best estimates
