put all the porridge ingredient in a pan and bring to a boil on a medium heat. Turn the heat down and it simmer for 4 minutes. Take off the heat and let it cool down a little bit
divide the porridge over 4 bowls and garnish with the blackberries, nut butter and pumpkin seeds
