delicious avocado sandwich with ricotta and lemon



  • 2 slices wholegrain bread
  • 100 gr ricotta
  • 1 avocado
  • 4 sprigs chives
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 pinches sea salt
  • 2 pinches pepper


  1. chop the chives and mix with the ricotta, 1 tsp of lemon juice and olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set a side for a few minutes

  2. mash the avocado and mix with 1 tsp of lemon juice, 1 pinch of salt and pepper

  3. roast the slices of bread. Divide the ricotta and avocado over them. Top with any kind of grain and seed of your choice!
