  • 250 gr mango
  • 75 gr spinach
  • 150 gr cucumber
  • 75 gr avocado 1/2 piece
  • 5 gr mint leaves only
  • 150 ml apple juice unsweetened
  • 250 ml water

Instructions

  1. cut the mango and cucumber in pieces

  2. put everything in your blender and process until smooth
