jam made from golden kiwi with ginger, agave syrup, lime juice and fresh mint



  • 200 gr golden kiwi 3 pieces
  • 2 tsp ginger fresh, grated
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 sprig fresh mint leaves only


  1. peel and roughly chop the kiwis. Peel and grate the ginger

  2. heat the kiwi, ginger and agave syrup on a medium heat until it boils. Let it simmer for 5 minutes. Add the chia seeds and simmer for another 5 minutes or until the kiwi is soft and the jam starts to thicken

  3. take of the heat and let it cool down a little bit. Then add the lime juice and fresh mint. Put the jam in a closed sterilised jar and let it cool down completely. Store in the fridge
