Home made oat milk with vanilla and dates

Ingredients

  • 100 gr oatmeal
  • 750 ml water
  • 30 gr medjool dates
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Soak the oats 1 night in water. Then drain and rinse

  2. Add all ingredients to your blender and blend on high speed for 1,5 minutes

  3. Wet a cheese cloth or nut milk bag and use it to sieve the oat milk. Squeeze well, so that you get as much milk as possible

  4. Poor the milk into a glass bottle and keep in the fridge
