Green power smoothie with broccoli, spinach, avocado, pear, pineapple, dates and almondmilk

Ingredients

  • 150 gr broccoli florets
  • 50 gr spinach
  • 150 gr pineapple
  • 150 gr avocado
  • 250 gr pear
  • 40 gr medjool dates
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 500 ml almond milk unroasted, unsweetened

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in the blender in the following order: almond milk, lemon juice, dates, vanilla extract, pineapple, avocado, pear, spinach, broccoli and switch it on

  2. Increase the speed from low to high until you have a smooth and creamy thick smoothie. If your blender gets stuck, stop it, stir the ingredients and switch the blender back on
