Poached pears, not sure why, but it reminds me of my grandparents. Maybe just because it is such a traditional and delicious dish! So when my dear neighbour brought me a big bag full of pears from her friends garden, I knew I had to come up with a great recipe.

This is what I call a briljant breakfast! Fresh berries with creamy (but low fat) Greek yoghurt, home made strawberry sauce and topped with the most delicious oven roasted nuts and seeds granola. It cannot get much better, I can tell you! While eating this, you really wish that the glass will not get empty……
What a festive breakfast this turned out to be, chia breakfast topped with raspberries, blackberries and oven roasted almond pulp. Oh yeah, I love it!
